We currently ship across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–7 business days

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free shipping across India)

• Cash on Delivery (COD): 100 Rs

5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable third-party logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on serviceability in your area.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID and link via email or SMS. You can use it to track your shipment in real-time.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Delivery Attempt and RTO

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If the parcel is undelivered and returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin), re-shipping charges will be applicable.
