At The Peachbook, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product we ship. As a small and curated clothing business, we currently do not offer any return, exchange, or refund services for products once sold.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order:


1. No Return or Exchange Policy

All items purchased through www.thepeachbook.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the rare case of a product received in damaged or defective condition (see Section 3 below).

We recommend reviewing product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us prior to your purchase.


2. No Refund Policy

Once an order is successfully placed and paid for, we do not offer any refunds. This includes situations where:

  • The customer no longer wants the product

  • The size doesn’t fit as expected

  • The product is not as per personal preference

If you received any damage or defective item only replacement will be given, refund is not eligible at any cost.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement/exchange with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended for claims)

After reviewing your case, if approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if stock is available)

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Note: Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Replacement/exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery

If any replacement/exchange’s approved the new item will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days.


4. Color & Image Disclaimer

Due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences, actual product color may slightly vary. Such variations will not be considered defects and will not qualify for a return or refund.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed or shipped. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming payment.
